How to you access public court records online for free in Alabama?

I tried to find the public record data base, but there are so many scams out there that want to charge you to access public court records. I am not sure about Alabama, but in my state you can access this information online, anytime, free of charge.

  2. Not all states have placed court records on-line. You need to call down to Alabama and see if they are on-line.
